All You magazine is holding a grocery challenge starting today.
The challenge is to spend $25 or less per week per family member. This includes restaurant meals, but not toiletries and household goods.
Even though we’re going out of town for a few days during the challenge, I decided it would be fun to participate. Since I have ample stockpiles, it won’t be all that much of a stretch for us. Check out what I have on hand already… (forgot to take a picture of what’s in the freezer…)

The pull-out pantry shelves in my kitchen (yeah, I know they're a mess)

Cereal, artificial sweetener, extra baking mixes, etc.

Extended pantry, immediately outside the kitchen door

The flip side of that shelf, canned goods, mixes, sauces, dressings, etc.

Next to the workbench, I appropriated some more shelf space for my haul at a few triple-coupon events.

The other side of that shelf... stashing stuff whereever I can fit it.

Old utility cabinet, used to house seldom-used appliances, now more of my stockpiles (appliances are in the attic)

A freecycle find -- 2 cases of refried beans!
I’ll be documenting my adventure on this site.
