Bloom is doing a couponing even thist week, but Hampton Roads apparently got the short straw — we’re only getting double coupons (up to 99 cents). Keep your eyes peeled for spreadsheets with match-ups for both Harris Teeter and Bloom. Harris Teeter is doing a “super doubles” even and will double coupons up to $1.98. Bloom is doing triples this week. More info to come soon.
