Welcome to Dolly Domestic dot com. My name is Valerie Cudnik, not Dolly. "Dolly Domestic" is the nickname several of my high school friends dubbed me with back in the early 80s. I was chief cook and bottle-washer at home after my parents split up. Not actually washing bottles, my little sister was already 10 years old by then. So, for over 30 years I've thrived on developing "domestic" skills. I enjoy it, it saves my family money and we are healthier and better able to take care of ourselves because of it. I enjoy sharing the little tidbits with friends and family, and take special enjoyment on teaching people how to be frugal.
